4 Pork Chops
1 onion
1 lemon
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 bay leafs

For the Apples:
3-5 apples
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teapoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon butter
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Brown seasoned pork chops in heavy skillet. Top each pork
chop with 1 slice of onion, bay leaf and 1 thin slice of lemon.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and cook. Cover, cook over low
heat until tender, about 30 to 40 minutes. Top with Apples and
Serve.

Saute the Apples in skillet in butter until tender, add brown
sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon. Serve onto of Pork Chops.
