1 stick Butter, cubed and kept cold
1½ c. Flour
pinch of Salt
6-7 Tbsp. Ice Water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the butter, flour and salt in a food processor and pulse to form crumbles. Add the water a little at a time pulsing until a dough is formed. Remove from processor and form into disks, wrap in wax paper or cling wrap. Keep refrigerated or frozen until you are ready to use. This makes 2 pie shells.
