1 can Lima Beans
½ c. Onion, sliced
1 c. Celery, chopped
3 Tbsp. Butter
3 Tbsp. Vinegar
⅓ c. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Dried Mustard
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Water, to cover

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the juice off the lima beans into a measuring cup. Fry onions and celery in fat for 10 minutes. Mix vinegar, mustard and brown sugar into the fried onions and celery. Place beans in a baking dish and cover with onion mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Pour bean juice over the top and bake in the oven at 375º for 35 minutes.
