6 oz. butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
In large sauce pan, combine:
1 cup white sugar
1 cup Karo syrup
Cook on Medium heat, stirring constantly
until it JUST COMES TO A BOIL. This is the key!
REMOVE from heat. Stir in
1 cup CRUNCHY Peanut Butter
Then add 6 cups rice krispies.
Turn out into a rectangular cake pan that
you have sprayed with PAM. Moisten hands
with water and gently press mixture into pan...
not hard...just gently.
In a glass dish pour the butterscotch chips and semi-sweet chips together and melt in the micro-wave at a LOW POWER until GLOSSY. Remove and stir together until melted. If you overheat, they will be too dry. Pour melted mixture over rice krispie mixture in pan. Usually takes a couple of hours for chocolate to reset.
You can eat immediately if you want.
