Preheat to 350º. Grease two 9x13 baking dishes.
1 16oz pkg penne pasta
1 lb ground beef
1 lb Italian pork sausage
2 Tbsp Italian seasonings blend
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 ¾ c sliced mushrooms
1 med onion, chopped
1 med green pepper, chopped
2 14.5oz cans diced tomatoes
1 23.5oz jar (sausage & garlic) spaghetti sauce
1 16oz jar chunky, mild salsa
1 8oz pkg sliced pepperoni, chopped
1 c Swiss cheese, shredded, divided
4 c mozzarella cheese, shredded, divided
1½ c parmesan cheese, shredded, divided
1 24oz jar (3-cheese) spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta & drain; cook beef, sausage, veggies & drain.
Combine above, seasonings, tomatoes, sauce, salsa, pepperoni.
Divide between 2 dishes.
Sprinkle each with ¼c Swiss, 1c mozzarella, ⅓c parmesan.
Spread 3cheese spaghetti sauce over.
Sprinkle remaining cheeses over sauce.
Cover & bake until bubbly (25 min).
Uncover & bake to melt cheese (10 min).
Serve with Lily's focaccia bread!
