3 c. sugar
1 c. margarine
1 c. shortening
4 eggs
5 1/2 c. flour
4 tsp. cream of tarter
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
6 tsp. sugar
6 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, softened margarine, shortening and eggs in a large bowl.
2. Stir in flour, cream of tarter, baking soda, and salt.
3. Shape dough by rounded teaspoons into ball.
4. Mix cinnamon and sugar, roll balls in mixture.
5. Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets
6. Bake at 400 degrees until cookies are set, about 8-10 min.
