4 pieces tilapia
1/4 C chopped garlic
1 green bell pepper or 5-7 jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced
2 Roma tomatoes chopped
1/2 C chopped red onion
1/2 C chopped cilantro
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/4 C olive oil
6 T lime or lemon juiceº

Thaw fish and Pat dry. Combine garlic, pepper, tomato, onion, cilantro, olive oil, salt and pepper. Rinse the fish in cold water. Arrange in a baking dish with out sides touching. Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon the tomato mixture over the fish and drizzle with lemon or lime juice.

Bake at 350º for 18-25 minutes or until fish is flakey to an internal temperature of 145º
