3 lbs. rump roast
5-6 russet potatoes, washed and halved
2-3 large carrots, peeled and chopped
½ white onion chopped
2 cups beef broth
2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the meat into large chunks and place in the Instant Pot. If adding veggies, place them in here at the same time. Add the soup mix, broth, salt and pepper. Place the cover on and make sure the vent is set to the seal position. Set on manual for 60 minutes. Natural release for 20 minutes, then quick release. Transfer the beef to a serving platter and shred with 2 forks.
