4 cups zucchini
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoon of cream of tartar
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 Tablespoons flour
1 1/4 cup of sugar
One unbaked pie shell
1 teaspoon margarine

Topping
1/2 cup margarine (1stick)
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup flour

Directions:
Peel, cut and deseed zucchini. Slice to resemble apple slices. Cook zucchini 10 minutes in small amount of water, drain. Mix cream of tartar, salt, Flour, sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon together. Sprinkle lemon juice on zucchini, then mix zucchini with flour mixture. Pour into unbaked pie shell, dot with butter, and mix topping until crumbly and sprinkle on top of pie.

Bake at 375 for 45 minutes and let cool
