Bok Choy Chicken w mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients: 10 oz sliced chicken 1T oil divided for stir frying 12oz or about 10 heads of baby Boy Choy rinsed and separated 1 cup sliced mushrooms 6 garlic cloves sliced Marinade: 1/2 T soy sauce 1/2 T cornstarch
Sauce: 1 T oyster sauce 2 T water 1/4 tsp sesame oil 3 dashes white pepper 1 tsp rice wine 1/2 tsp sugar

Directions:1. Marinade sliced chicken for 10 minutes in the marinade. Mix all ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl for later.
2 Rinse and separate Bok Choy.
3. Heat 1/2 T oil in wok and stir fry chicken until surface of chicken is white. It's OK if it's not cooked through. Dish out and set aside.
4.Heat 1/2 T oil in wok and and stir fry garlic until aromatic. Add Mushrooms and stir fry for another minute. Add chicken back to wok and do a few quick stirs. Then add Bok Choy and stir to combine well. Transfer sauce to wok and continue to stir fry until the bok choy is cooked but remains crisp. |

Notes: Nice mild flavor. Add some sriracha if you want to spice it up. Serve over rice.
