Red potatoes
1 lb. Ground beef
Red & green bell peppers
Can of corn
Can of GF cream of mushroom soup
Milk
Beef stock
Shredded cheese
Spices

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice potatoes really fine in round slices
Sprinkle with olive oil & use spices (salt, pepper, ranch season & garlic) place in 9x12 baking sheet

2. Cook bell peppers & onions then add in ground beef & brown.

3. Mic milk, cream of mushroom & beef stock in a bowl. Add salt/pepper

4. Place beef mixture on top of potatoes & soup mixture on top of beef. then later some shredded cheese.

Put foil on top. Bake for 35 min 425. Take foil off bake an additional 15 min, until bubbly.

Take out let stand 10-15 so it hardens.
