7 1/2 pounds chuck roast
2 packages dry onion soup mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans water
veggies to add later if desired - carrots, mushrooms, garlic cloves, onions. etc.

Directions:
Directions:
The night before, put roast on rack in a roaster pan. Sprinkle meat with the dry onion soup mix powder. Mix the canned soups with the 2 cans water. Pour over top of meat and cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight.
Put in a 350* over at 6:00 in the morning to be done at noon. If desired, add vegetable about 2 hours before done.
