1 package wonton wrappers

For the filling:
4 cups finely chopped napa cabbage
1 tablespoon salt
1 pound shrimp finely chopped
2 1/2 tablesppons finely chopped fresh ginger
2 tablespoons garlic
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons sesame oil
1 egg, lightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cabbage and 1 tablespoon salt. Set aside 30
minutes. Drain Cabbage.

In a bowl mix cabbage and next 5 ingredients.

Fill mixture in center of wonton wrapper. Fold the dumpling and
seal.

Heat a large nonstick skillet over high heat. Add the oil to
medium high heat. Add the pot stickers and cook about 6
minutes. Add 1/2 cup water and cover. Make sure about 1/8
water remains in pan while steaming. Steam until the pot
stickers are puffy about 8 to 10 minutes.
