1box (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
4 eggs
½ cup cooking oil
1-11 oz. can Mandarin oranges, undrained
Frosting:
1-20 oz. can crushed pineapple in sweetened juice - drain and reserve juice
1-3 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1-9 oz. container of frozen whipped topping, thawed
Bonnie -*I use 1 tsp. coconut flavoring or use coconut flavored instant pudding instead of vanilla

Beat together cake mix, eggs, oil and undrained oranges, beat 3 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Pour pineapple juice over warm cake, which you pricked full of holes. Combine reserved pineapple, pudding mix, and topping - Frost cool cake and refrigerate.
