1 1/2 lbs. chicken cutlets cut into strips
1/4 c. duck sauce
1 egg
1/4 c. flour
4 c. cereal (rice krispies, corn flakes or frosted flakes)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine sauce, egg and flour to form a batter.
Add chicken; mix to coat.
Add cereal to a shallow dish.
Dip battered chicken into cereal.
Heat 2-3 inches oil in a pot over medium-high heat.
Add chicken fingers to hot oil, fry until golden.
These are best when deep fried.
