1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1/8 c. molasses
1/8 c. soy sauce
2 T. honey
1 T. fish sauce
1 t. pepper
1 clove garlic
1 t. onion powder
1/2 t. chili powder
1/4 t. cinnamon or ground clove
1/2 t. ground ginger
juice from 1/2 lime

Directions:

In small saucepan, mix ingredients together and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and pour into blender. Blend until smooth. Store in dressing bottle or covered bowl in the refrigerator for up to a month.

If you won't use it all in a month, freeze the sauce in an ice cube tray, pop the "ice cubes" out when frozen solid and store in freezer bag. Grab one out of the freezer each time you need a bit of sauce.

Makes 1 cup.
