1/2 lb ground beef
1/4 C bacon drippings
1 med onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 med green pepper, chopped
1 1/3 cup minute rice
1 1/4 Cup hot water
2 cans hunts tomatoe sauce
1 teaspoon mustard (opt)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Cook beef in drippings.
When half done, add chopped veges.
Add rice and water, tomatoe sauce:
cover, cook till rice is done.
season to taste.
