2 eggs
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. onion powder
1 lb. chicken cutlets
oil for frying

Sauce:
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
1/3 c. hot sauce

sliced chives to garnish (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
In a small bowl, beat the eggs with the garlic powder and onion powder.
Dip the chicken pieces in the egg mixture, then coat with cornflake crumbs.
Heat oil to medium heat in a large skillet.
Fry the coated chicken pieces in the oil until crispy golden.
Let drain on paper towels for a few minutes, then transfer to a baking pan.
Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Pour the sauce over the chicken.
Bake chicken covered for 20 minutes.
Don't overbake.
Serve warm.
