Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Yeast mixture:
1 c warm water
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp yeast

Bread mixture:
1/3 c sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 c margarine
6 cups warm water
12 - 16 cups flour.... more or less

Directions:
Directions:
Yeast mixture: Combine (but don't stir) and let rise until about double in size

Bread mixture: Mix together sugar, salt, margarine with water . until a bit blended. Add yeast mixture.

Add flour one cup at a time, mixing well after each cup. Use a spoon until it becomes too thick to work and then knead with your hands. You will know you have enough flour when it doesn't stick to your hands too much (some, but not too much). It could be around 16 cups...or more, adding a bit at a time. Likely you will knead for about 10 minutes.

Leave in bowl, cover top with towel and let rise in a warm place on the counter, until about double in size... approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour. Punch it down, fold over a couple of times, and let rise again, same amount of time. Place in about 6 loaf pans (depends on size of pans) Let rise in pans until double in size. Turn on oven to 350 degrees just before loaves in pan have risen about double size. Place loaves in oven and bake for about 45 minutes. When golden brown (about 45 min), take out of oven, brush tops with margarine to make crust soft.
