4 cups whole wheat flour
2-3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 ½ cup buttermilk
2 tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Lightly grease baking sheet.

Stir together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.

Make a well in dry ingredients. Pour in buttermilk and butter. Stir until blended.

Knead dough on a floured surface.

Form dough in ball and place on baking sheet. Cut a shallow X on top.

Bake 40 minutes.
