⅓ c. whole milk ricotta cheese
⅓ c. plus 2 T. whipping cream
3 T. powdered sugar
Pinch of ground cinnamon
12 oz. fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
½ pint of fresh raspberries
2 kiwi, peeled and cut into ½" pieces
⅓ c. sliced almonds, toasted
1 T. sugar
1 T. fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Stir the ricotta and 2 T. of cream in a medium bowl to blend. Beat the remaining cream, powdered sugar, and cinnamon in a large bowl until semi-firm peaks form.

Fold the ricotta into the whipped cream mixture, cover
and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Toss the strawberries, raspberries, sugar and lemon juice in a medium bowl to combine. Let stand until juices form, about 15 minutes, and then add kiwi.

Spoon the fruit mixture into 4 dessert bowls and dollop the ricotta cream mixture atop the fruit. Garnish with the toasted almonds.
