3-5 lbs ground beef
1/3 c whole milk
2 tbsp worcestershire
1 tsp garlic powder
3 scallions, chopped
2 tbsp ketchup
2 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 c breadcrumbs or panko

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix together the milk, ketchup, worcestershire, garlic powder, scallion, salt, and pepper. In a large bowl, mix the meat and breadcrumbs together until well combined. Add the milk mixture to the meat. Form the patties. Grill on high temperatures for 5 minutes on each side. If desired cooking method involves smoking the patties, smoke the patties for 45 minutes to 2 hours. Turn up the temperature to high heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until desired doneness is reached.
