6 - 8 chicken thighs
1.5 golden potatoes
6 cubes extra hot golden curry (1.5 packs)
1 can coconut milk
1 cup water
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions in vegetable oil until translucent, then add potatoes and sauté until starting to turn tender. Remove from pan.

Add additional vegetable oil and sauté the chicken until cooked through. Add back the vegetables.

Add all remaining ingredients and stir constantly. Once the sauce is thick can reduce stirring to once every 4-5 minutes, to allow the potatoes to cook through.

Serve over white rice
