1/2 c. old fashioned rolled oats
1 tbsp. chia seeds
3/4 c. water, almond milk, or regular milk
a few drops of vanilla extract
drizzle of honey or agave
tbsp. of peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
handful of fresh fruit of choice

1. Mix dry ingredients in tupperware container
2. Add your choice of water or milk, mix thoroughly
3. Add vanilla and honey, mix thoroughly
4. Top with nut butter of choice
5. Allow oats to sit overnight in fridge
6. Enjoy breakfast on the go with fresh fruit on top

I prep a few containers of overnight oats every week for an easy, healthy breakfast. My favorite combo is banana and peanut butter. I also love frozen berries mixed in before letting it sit overnight.
