¾ cup bourbon or whiskey
¾ cup pineapple juice
½ cup bbq sauce
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp pepper
4 chicken breasts
Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together bourbon, pineapple juice, BBQ sauce, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Pour over chicken and let marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 12-15 min. Brush with additional BBQ sauce before removing from grill, if desired.
Notes: To cook chicken inside, pan sear the chicken on both sides for 3-4 min. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 10 min at 400º. Can use the marinade on any cut of chicken. Make sure to cook the chicken until it reaches an internal temp of 165º.

Whiskey Pineapple Chicken – delicious!!! Chicken marinated in whiskey, pineapple juice, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire, garlic and pepper. Let the chicken marinate at least 24 hours for the best flavor. Can marinate for 2 days if you have the time! Brush cooked chicken with a little extra BBQ sauce. Everyone LOVED this grilled chicken!!!
