3 Heads of Endive or 16 sm. Romaine Lettuce Leaves
4 oz. Chive and Onion Cream Cheese, softened
1 c. Grape Tomatoes, halved
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. White Vinegar
¼ tsp. Salt
⅛ tsp. Pepper
1 Tbsp. Fresh Basil Leaves, sliced
2 Slices Thick Cut Bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled (about ¼ c.)

Directions:
Directions:
Place 16 large endive leaves or romaine lettuce leaves on a large platter. Place the cream cheese into a Ziploc bag. Cut end off one corner of the bag and pipe about two teaspoons of cream cheese onto the large leafy end of each leaf.

In a small bowl mix tomatoes, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper until well combined. Divide mixture evenly among lettuce leaves. Top with bacon and basil. Serve immediately or the may be refrigerated for up to 4 hours before serving.
