1½ Kellogg's® All-Bran Cereal
1 c. Milk
1 Egg
⅓ c. Shortening
1½ c. All-purpose Flour
½ c. Sugar
3 tsp. Baking Powder
2 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix All-Bran and milk into mixing bowl. Let stand for 2 minutes or until most of moisture is absorbed.

2. Add egg and shortening and beat well.

3. Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

4. Add to All-Bran mixture, stirring only until combined.

5. Fill greased cupcake/muffin pan cups about ¾ full.

6. Bake at 400º for about 25 minutes.

Have added 1 cup walnuts, 1 cup raisins, ½ cup coconut, or 1 cup finely diced apples coated in 1 tsp. cinnamon as toppings.
