Drink:
3 oz. Rhubarb Simple Syrup
1-2 oz. Vodka
2-3 strawberries muddled
2-4 mint leaves muddled
club soda

Simple Syrup:

4 C sliced Rhubarb
2 C water
2C honey
6 slices of ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Shake with ice and pour into glass. Top with club soda

For simple syrup:

Put all ingredients in a pot, bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer about 10 minutes. Cool overnight in fridge.

Strain juice from the pulp. (can use pulp on top of ice cream.

Store in fridge for up to 14 days.
