4 C (one bag) frozen corn
1 can Ro Tel Tomatoes drained
1/4 C Pickled Jalapeno Peppers, diced
1/2 large red bell pepper, diced
2 T butter, softened
1 pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 t Cajun seasoning
1/4 C green onions sliced

Directions:
Directions:
1. Set out cheese, butter and corn to soften/thaw.
2. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
3. Dice pickled jalapeno and red peppers. Place in glass bowl.
4. In same bowl, add rest of ingredients.
5. Stir to combine.
6. Place in glass 8x8 baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
7. Let cool slightly and then can top with more green onions if desired.
8. Serve with tortilla chips.
