Kielbasa, sliced in circles
Bacon
Cream Cheese, softened
Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
Directions:
Directions:
To assemble take a piece of kielbasa and wrap it around the outside of the circle with bacon using a toothpick to keep the bacon in place. Fill the center with cream cheese and pepper jack cheese mixture. Put on a smoker, grill or in the oven to cook! When bacon is done and cheese is all melty and golden brown on top they are ready to serve!
