4 lbs. Hamburg
¼ c. Tenderquick
½ c. Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp. Liquid Smoke
1½ Tbsp. Black Pepper
2 Tbsp. Mustard Seeds
½ Tbsp. Garlic Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Day 1: Mix the meat and the Tenderquick, allow to rest over night in the refrigerator.

Day 2: Mix all ingredients with the meat and divide into 4 equal parts. Form into rolls and bake at 250º for 2 hours, flipping rolls over every half hour.
