1 c plus 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
6 tbsp whole wheat flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 c milk
1 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 c vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat waffle maker.
Beat eggs on high speed until foamy, about 2-3 minutes.
Blend in milk and vanilla.
Sift together flours, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Blend into wet ingredients, then blend in oil.
Fry waffle batter in preheated and greased waffle iron and serve immediately. Freeze leftovers to reheat in the toaster.
