½ cup grated Parmesan
¼ cup butter, softened
3 Tbs. Mayonnaise
3 Tbs. Chopped green onion
2 Tbs. Fresh lemon juice
¼ tsp salt
1 dash hot pepper sauce
2 lbs halibut fillets

Directions:
Directions:
Set an oven rack about 6 inches from heat source and preheat the oven’s broiler. Grease a baking dish, place halibut in the dish.

Broiling the preheated oven until the fish flakes easily with a fork( don’t over cook), about 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise, green onion, lemon juice, salt and hot pepper sauce in a bowl.

Remove fillets from oven, and spread mixture over top of fillets. Return to the oven and broil until topping is bubbly and lightly browned, about 2 minutes.
