1 Pre-made pie crust
10 oz. dark chocolate chips
8 oz. cream cheese softened
3/4 cups sugar
18 oz. fresh raspberries
1 - 3 oz. package raspberry jello
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare pie crust according to directions
2. Melt chocolate in double boiler
3. Blend cream cheese and sugar, add cooled chocolate
4. Pour into crust, spread evenly
5. Refrigerate for 2 hours
6. Layer raspberries neatly on cooled chocolate late (I prefer to work from the outside in making even circles - Marsha)
7. Boil water and whisk cornstarch in, stir for 1 minute
8. Mix water cornstarch mixture with Jello, whisk until smooth
9. Pour mixture over raspberries to fill nooks and crannies
10. Return to refrigerator for 2 hours
