1 stick of salted butter
1.5 tbsp oil
1 onion diced
6 cloves of garlic minced
1 pack of baby bella mushrooms
1 pack of publix gourmet mushrooms (or an additional pack of baby bellas)
6 tsp chopped thyme (divided)
3/4 cup of marsala wine
9 tbsp all purpose flour
6 cups of chicken stock
3 beef bullion cubes, crumbled
1 cup heavy cream
parsley for serving
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter and oil in large pot over medium-high heat until melted. Saute onion for 2-3 minutes until softened. Cook garlic about 1 minute.
Add the pack of baby bellas and 2 tsp of thyme, cook for 5 minutes. Add the wine and cook an additional 3 minutes.
Sprinkle mushrooms with flour, mix well and cook for 1 minute. Add stock, mix again and use your immersion blender to blend this together (optional). Now add the pack of gourmet mushrooms (or other pack of bellas) and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low-medium and season with salt, pepper and crumbled bullion cubes.
Cover and allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes, while occasionally stirring.
Reduce heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
Mix in parsley and remaining thyme. Serve warm.
