1 lb. Lump crab meat
1 cup mayonnaise divided
1 egg
½ cup milk
1 package old bay crab cake mix (¼ cup bread crumbs, and 2 teaspoon old bay seasoning)

Directions:
Directions:
1) mix 1 package crab cake mix with ½ cup mayonnaise in large bowl. Gently toss with 1 lb. Crab meat.
2) Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a medium saucepan. Stir in 1 tablespoon flour and cook over low heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly, slowly add ½ cup milk, cook until thick. Remove from heat and gently stir in crab meat. Spoon individual shells or a greased 1 quart casserole dish.
3) Beat together 1 egg and ½ cup mayonnaise. Spread on top of crab mixture. Sprinkle with sweet paprika
4) Bake in preheated 450º oven 10-15 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown
