10 cloves garlic, peeled roughly chopped
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cups red wine vinegar
2 tsp harissa paste
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground turmeric

Refrigerate below 41f
