Ingredients:  
1c. flour
½ c. softened butter
¼ c. confectioners sugar
gently mix together and very lightly pat in baking dish. Bake 15 or 20 min at 350º just until edges are slightly brown,

Filling:
2 large eggs- beaten until frothy and added to mixture of remaining filling ingredients.
1c. sugar
2 T flour
½ tea baking powder
2 T lemon zest
Bake at 350º 25 minutes and cool on wire rack then dust with powdered sugar.
Additional confectioners sugar to dust on top to when cooled on wire rack
