1 c. Long Grain White Rice
3 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
½ Onion
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 Roma Tomatoes, diced
¼ tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Oregano
2 Tbsp. Tomato Chicken Bouillon
½ Red Bell Pepper, finely diced
1 Jalapeno, finely diced
2 c. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Wash your rice until the water runs off clear, allow to dry while you prepare everything else. In a large pan heat the oil, add onion and garlic, cook for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook for 5 more minutes. Add in the rice and saute for a few minutes. Add the spices and peppers, cook for a few minutes. Add the water, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 12-15 minutes.
