Mini Shells
2 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Flour
½ c. Milk
4 oz. Cream Cheese
8 oz. Sharp White Cheddar, shredded
8 oz. Provolone Cheese, shredded
½ c. Heavy Whipping Cream
Bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)

Directions:
Cook pasta, drain and set aside. In a sauce pan melt the butter, add the flour, cook the flour for a couple minutes. Add milk and cheeses, stir to melt everything together. When its all melted add the pasta back to the pot and add the cream. Stir to combine. Add the bacon if desired.
