3 egg whites (jumbo eggs)
2 egg yolks
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 rounded tablespoons of polenta or corn meal
3 cups buttermilk
1 cup sour cream
5 T melted butter

Directions:
Beat egg whites until thick. Stir half of the egg whites with the flour. Then fold in remaining ingredients. Spray waffle iron. Cook in waffle iron (no further instructions provided).
