4 cups rhabarb, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
3 T minute tapioca
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp grated orange zest
1 T melted butter
1 pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except pie crust together. Let stand 15 minutes. Place filling in pie crust. Bake in hot oven 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake an additional 30 minutes.
