2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
¾ cup picante sauce
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 cup pork rinds, crumbled

topping: tomato paste, vinegar, mustard, and a dab of molasses


Directions:
Directions:
Put everything in a big mixing bowl and use clean hands to mix it all thoroughly. Form into a loaf. Bake 1 hour at 350º Let stand 10 minutes before serving

Put topping on about 10 minutes before it is done cooking
