1 c. Beer (regular Beer no lagers or such)
1 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
3 c. of Bread Flour
¾ tsp. Yeast
Course Salt, for Baking

Directions:
Directions:
Place accordingly in the bread machine and make dough. Remove onto a floured surface. Take a handful amount of dough and roll it into a log to shape into the desired pretzel shape. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with coarse salt, DO NOT RISE. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
