Chicken, whatever cuts you like
Salt and Pepper or Seasoned Salt
Eggs
House Autry Chicken Seasoned Breading Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Season your chicken with salt and pepper or seasoned salt and allow to set in the fridge until you are ready to fry, at least 30 minutes. In a bowl beat eggs, depending on the amount of chicken you are frying. In another bowl or Ziploc bag put your breading mixture. Heat your oil and start by dipping the chicken in the egg then into the breading then, depending on what you are wanting either fry until done or fry until breading is browned and then place on a roasting pan with slits in it and bake at 350º until done.
