2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil
8 Cups Green Cabbage, Diced
1 Cup Carrots, Shredded
1 Cup Onion, Diced
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Butter
3 Cups Cooked Rice
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Ground Pepper

Directions:

Heat a large, heavy skillet over med-high heat. Add the cooking oil to the skillet and toss in the carrots, onions and eggs. Once eggs are cooked, add the cabbage and sauté until the vegetables are wilted (about 7-10 minutes). Stir constantly so the vegetables don't burn. Lower the heat to medium-low and add the butter and rice, stir until butter is melted. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper and still until well combined (about 5 minutes).
