1 container brussel sprouts destemmed and cut into halves.
3 Tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic finely chopped.
1/2 cup red or dry white wine.
Salt

In a frying pan, melt the butter. Add the garlic and stir. Add the brussel sprouts cut side down and cover over medium low heat and cook about 5 minutes or until brown on the cut side. Turn them over with tongs. Brown slightly on the rounded side. Add the wine and reduce.
