6 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 t salt
1/2 t dry mustard
1/4 t pepper
3 T mayonnaise

Directions:
Cut peeled eggs lengthwise into halves.

Slip out yolks and mash with a fork.

Mix salt, pepper, dry mustard, and mayonnaise with the egg yolks. Mix well.

Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites, heaping it slightly.

Arrange eggs on a serving plate and sprinkle with paprika.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
