1 Tbsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 lg. Bay Leaf
1 tsp. Sweet Basil
1 tsp. Slap Ya Mama Seasoning (optional for a little more spice)
½ c. Salt
1 - 3oz. pkg. Zatarain's Crawfish and Seafood Boil
1 lg. Jalapeno
1 gal. Water

Plain Salted:
¾ c. Salt
1 gal. Water

Directions:
Traditional Boiling:
Small Batch: Peanuts and about 1 gallon of the water mix, takes about 3 hours.
Large Batch: Almost a bushel of peanuts and about 5 gallons of the water mix, takes about 4 hours.


Canning:
Fill jars with clean peanuts, add your brine over the top and process for the following.

Pressure Canning
Pressure: 10 lbs.
Pints: 55 Minutes
Quarts: 60 Minutes
