1/2 c. olive oil
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 T. chopped fresh rosemary
1 T. chopped fresh thyme
1 T. chopped fresh oregano
2 lemons, juiced
8 chicken breast ( 4 pounds)

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large baking dish, mix the olive oil, thyme, oregano, rosemary, and lemon juice .
2. Place the chicken in the mixture, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
3. Preheat grill on high heat
4. Lightly oil the grill grate. Place chicken on the grill and discard the marinade.
5. Cook chicken 15 minutes preside, or until juices run clear.


I baked the chicken in the oven at 350 degrees for about an hour.
